Ok, I got it from there. I only had a chance to give it a quick listen yesterday and I was a bit confused of the "mass" of guitar in it; I think one of the guitar-tracks could be cut - not sure, which one yet Besides that: again a nice and original mattl-tune! I'll experiment a bit and give you some suggestions then. If anybody else likes to give it a try, too - go ahead; why not have different approaches? We could make a competition out of it ;D

heres 1.2 with franks addition of the bass, great eh?! thanks so much frank- it adds a touch of professionalism id never achieve without you!
i redid the drums today as you can tell its an improvement .
i could redo the vocals and i could redo the rythm guitar but instead i drenched vocals w/verb and just eq/muted the acoustic so the sloppy playin almost sounds like its supposed to be that way (to my ears hopefully im right). if anyone thinks i should give the acoustic a go again lemme know i was just so happy with the bass/drum combo i wanted to leave it alone. im monitoring with new speakers w/a subwoofer so not sure on the bass at the moment if i have it set right.

I tend to leave these songs until they appear to be actually done.

and.... turns out it was bass heavy even for franks bass im sorry to sAY) on the stereo.. remixed and decided to add a low key keyboard live on mixdown so i goit to use 1 more instrument and also the ps5 doesnt care if its stereo or mono so i grabbed a nice stereo effect off the korg.. put this updated version on soundclick now..
still haveta give the living room boomy speakers bass test but gonna be busy a couple days here..

Matt, Nice song that you can look back on later in life... When my kids were around that age I was constantly remind of God's hand in everything. I still baffles me that there is a such thing as an atheist in the world... Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see. I guess ignoring that God exists is the truest of all human denial. The bass really mixes in very well. Truly enjoyed this song. Especailly the lyrics. Keep curning out those songs. You're extremely productive with your songwriting that gets better and better. When you get my age, the words don't flow as easy. Stan
