Yep humor cheers up the listener. Maybe a little too over-analytical about my statement. But I did notice that you have put quite a bit into this and it shows.
I never fully catch the lyrics on the first few passes. Most of the time it usually takes 5-10 times of listening to really grow on me. But the song's first impression was really good.

oops me & stan typing saME TIME: this was response to mikes last positive vibes. yea i hear that .especially now, but that was saying the heck with it(trying for over the top positive).. i would point out lyrics are a somewhat important aspect of my songs as i have little else. people are gonna (gonna?) think i m schizo. oh well lets say, happy "with a psychotherapeutic tinge of pessimistic doubt , but okay ill try anyhow just so you want bug me anymore type of positive outlook". sigh.. hey even with this song its probablyaopparent to the old fans (snicker) that im getting cheerier lately. no really.. sunshiney rays! i go through this end of summer depression and then it actually ends and its not as bad as it always feels. lotsa good time in there for songs what with strong emotions and all.

hey stan i thought you seemed to get what i was saying from your first post on the subject.. im joking at myself again after giving up on the cheery pop. that dam tremolo put me in a MOOD. like every time jerry got a new effect it was all over the place.. for me that elkectric has been so neglected in my songs and i love that trem sound.. couldnt HELP myself.. ugh! well something decent came out of the efforts at least.. ill call the finished vers 1.1 in a few days i guess, all im thinking is a little solo MAYBE, and probably a little more verb on the whole mix could be gotten away with as its so sparsely instrumented. anyhow thanks all for feedback, one way or another i usually get something out of it. re: lyrcis,, this ones pretty clear id say. last song unfortunately not.. it probably doesnt help that im usually saying wierd sh$% so i SHOULD either do lyric sheets as people suggest alot OR pay extra attention to recording.. someone suggested a deEsser recently.. something else ive started thinking of.. (rubbing hands together)

Loved the tremelo bar. That kind of sound is not easy to achieve.
Songs are to express our feelings and personal opinions. That is what makes music so great, and you do it in a very unique way. You always strive to come up with something interesting and full of good quality tone/ sounds, and that is the major factor in producing music. Not to mention that your lyrics are well contructed and thought out.
