I finished my first song in 5 years. It shows that I haven't been writing for quite sometime and my skills have diminished some. However, I did get it done and that's part of the battle. It has a weak central theme but it does have a message. I'm putting it out there more as mediocre and not special. soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=13948043

A little rough around the edges, but so what? I'm the king of rough recordings. There are flashes of brilliance here and there with the guitar part that serve to remind us of what you can do when you're limbered up. I'd rather have it than not.
Now we'll need a B-side!

Now I just need the A-side. Thanks for listening and your encouragement. I need to pick up my guitar more. It sure makes a difference when recording.

Had time to do a revisit and remix on this and reposted out on Sound Click: PS5UG collab... www.soundclick.com/music/songInfo.cfm?songID=13950325PS: After posting and listening I was blown away by our Free World song collab that followed; probably has to be our best collab. to date.

When I listened to it the other day, it was followed by 'Psycho'. I was struck how much it sounded like a real band. You really did a great job engineering the bass sound on that.
The remix of this ('Believe') sounds more 'solid' overall than I recall upon first hearing.

Thanks for the listen. Always had some great times on the collabs. I'm glad we got Rob to come back in this year and finish Psycho. It's a land mark in our lives and it never gets old.
