New songs! www.soundclick.com/crowncitybombersI just uploaded 3 songs all done on the PS5, these were recorded live using the direct to MP3 mode. I willuse these files to re record them back on 2 tracks then either add something or use the Mixdown mode to compress or clean 'em up better. Songs Are: Last Chance Blue Bops Tear Up. In the rockabilly style. Thanks guys, you are all way ahead of me with this fun gadget. Tom

Awesome. Im deffinitly not too familiar with this style. It sounds like stuff elvis did I guess. You guys seem to be very very good musicians. And would put on a great rockibilly show. Good Job I look forward to hearing some polished recordings of these songs. Good job. Were those all originals?

Tom,
I think you're our only Rockabillier. In another message you said something about recording live using the built in mic. Were these songs recorded with the built in?
Sounds good. Jim

Hey Spinner, Great to have your infectious sound back with us! Love the newest tunes and the primitive, i.e. authentic, sound to your recordings.

Hey CCB aka SC!
Great stuff! I've always loved Gene Vincent, Stray Cats, etc. It's interesting that I've never attempted playing this style of music.
I also remember "Aqua Azul" as one of the first PS5 songs I ever heard. I was very impressed with that surf instrumental -- another genre I've rarely attempted.

Keep your boy bands! Forget your nasal blonde bimbos! Give me an upright bass and hollow-body guitar passing barlines like picket fences at 90 mph! Three more great originals from Mr. T. I think I liked Blue Bop the best. It reminded me alot of the Beatles' Hamburg tapes - raw, rough and ready. The other two bore strong resemblence to the Honeydrippers. It just makes me wonder what they would sound like recorded 'properly', overdubbed & mixed to bring out the best sonically. Hmm...
