YES YES YES!! gimme more! but you are going to have to remove the smurf going lalalalala..!! maybe the efkay animal going "roar" this is loads of fun! when you get to "...smile" i realised i was sitting here the volume turned to max with a ear to ear grin! mike mentioned you becoming a collab monster...well he was right about monster!! great tune, and that voice is getting better by the day! and of course the guitar cuts like a razor, wicked!

Cameron, Very good sound, and really good all-round song! Love the occassional guitar lead squeals. Like Rob mentioned, your vocal range keeps increasing with each production. Man, I can see how it is really paying off for you to do all the mega-songs you have recored with your PS5. The only thing that could be added might be keyboards or rock organ to give it more of an official band feel. Cool stuff. Stan

Actually, I think I'd set the guitar down a notch - it really cuts through compared to the rest of the backing. Good melody in the vocal. I can almost hear a tight string section in the background (heh heh) to give this another dimension. Lots of things I like in this, but it feels a bit rushed compared to some of the other ones. It's like after all the time spent on 'Almost Winter', you're knocking them out quicker?

Hey Guys thanks so much for listening! Rob I knew youd like this one. I knew you wouldnt be able to risist this song lol. Glad you liked it. And the Smurf stays! lol Stan glad you liked it too. Yea Rock organ would be Awesome. I was actually just at the store and was playing a Stage piano/keyboard. I think it was a wurlitzer and it had the rock organ what a cool sound! I want one but its 1400 canadian so I have some saving to do! I really like the guitar cutting through its a hefty lead. But I agree and think the Rythm acoustic guitar could come up in the mix and maybe the bass! Strings that would change the song alot in which way I cant say. It would either be Genious or terrible. lol If you wanna give it a shot Id be happy to put the files online! Actually I wrote the song 'Still the Same' while in the midst of doing Amost winter with charlie and had a few songs in the works(which still arent done). when charlie posted almost winter I started Cant tear us apart and wrote and recorded it in 2 days! So in a way its like there was some creative energy there that was just waiting to fly out of me and did once I was able too! Thanks guys keep em coming I know theres more of you out there! lol Cameron

Really cool Cam!
Is it you on the guitars? (I assume so). I liked the solo. No fancy mega quick notes, you just played what your song needed.
With all carefulness (wonder if the word exists), I must say you seem to press your voice a little in the word "lies".
Good job (as always)!

Hey Cameron, fantatastic song And I cannot imagine, that it could get better with some organ or strings; I think strings would be horrible I really like the guitar sounds; and I like the somewhat garage-like mix ;D Wouldn't change a bit of it... ... only thing I feel is, that the voice is not really integrated in the mix; I think it pops out of the "wall of sound" a bit too much (like some karaoke - ouch, don't punch me; I only meant the mix, not the singing ); but I can't say, who one would fix that (always looking for clever mixing techniques and tricks myself). Hey you two Gamma yeppers its me playing Guitar, bass, Electric, Singing unless stated otherwise. Yea Im might pressing my voice a little but it didnt feel unnatural when singing it. Glad you liked it. Efkay hey man glad you liked the mix seems like Im just getting hammered about the mix in this song not so much by you guys but people from soundclick! I like the mix it sounds good on my ears! Im really glad you liked this tune. The encouragement is very appreciated. I felt alittle down about some of the remarks about the song. (again not from you guys but people from soundclick) But seems lots of people really really like this tune too so thats encouraging. I think some strings/organ could sound really good if done tastefully. With a good musician who knows we'll see Thanks for the feedback guys a apreciate it alot! Cameron

Cameron, I liked the song and guitars very much, I think you have a big power balled in you! I like Still the same too, perhaps Can't tear us is a bit dripping with the reverb? But that might well be what you were after. I want to hear more. Also, I have been listening to all the songs including these in "lo-fi" and they all have an interesting dimension to them that way, interesting! Thanks Tom

Hey Thanks for listening CrownCity!
I appreciate it alot!
Right now Cant tear us apart is #19 in the pop rock charts. It would be just awesome to have a #1. The pop rock chart is a hard one to crack on soundclick too.
