lol michael bolton ;D
Thats too funny, no I havent been, just the pop star coming out in me I guess.
I'm sorry if I sound like a prude but I probally wont ever Participate in a poject that is of doing cover songs, when and If we do an original song project I might join. I just rather concentrate on my music other than practice recording someone else's, plus the fact that legally really one shouldnt be putting covers up on soundclick or anywhere with out the artists concent.

It's good to hear the bass & drums getting that ballsy sound in your work now. Dreamy verses, and several of the patented latmat sounds - cranking guitar in the choruses, odd drum stumbles going into the chorus, great vocals. I'd suggest one more chorus to fade out on, with the vocals not singing words, but sort of a 'la-la' kind of thing. The fade seemed a bit rushed.
I think in terms of writing, it's not up there with your best work, but the production values are certainly improving. Keep working on those autopunches. When you crank out another memorable number (and you will), and combine it with what you've learned over the past month, it may just be staggering.

Thanks for checking it out so quick (Mcarp and Rob) Yea I felt that this is the first song where I really made the cymbal crashes in the fills work together to make that unified sound! Worked really well with the vocal. Yea Adding another chorus is a good Idea, For a fade out, I ussually do that but didnt this time, didnt even think about it. I'll keep working towards staggering ;D ahh its all so subjective, isnt it? Thanks guys, Cameron
