ResoulAcoustic, mellow...sad song. Written a few years ago, i decided to rerecord. While i was in the middle of it i wished i hadnt revisited it. I dont feel like i did back then, but i re-imersed myself for the sake of the project. glad its over, its was a big effort. So its done and its out there but I dont think i shall share this one outside our website. Rob

Very nice, Rob. Loaded with potential. A sparse sound you could maybe add a bit to, but it would have to be done deftly, so as not to overload it. I think I'd swap the solo with the last verse, and maybe fade it out or something. A good gloomy song.

Thanks Mike. It does feel like this one has a life of its own with minimal instrumentation. I had the bass and drums and lots more guitar, but they didnt do it justice..as i saw it, so i started peeling the layers off during the mix and ended up with very little ...maybe not enough. I agree it needs a little something else, but this song takes too much from me, it sucks the energy out of me, unlike "butterfly" that feeds me! so i might just keep my distance from it for a while. thanks for seeing what i see in the song, really glad you like it.
when i revisit, i will swap out the solo with the last verse.
thanks rob

I like it alot , it has a good melody and like mike said so much potential, I can really hear some instruments crashing in. but thats just me and I tend to like doing that alot ;D
Good job, good writing, Cameron

sure what the heck, Ill go for that. Pass those files here, Ill see what I can do.
Edit: Actually I think Ill pass, Its would take a massive rehaul of the hole production to do what I hear, never mind the tempo change and everything as well.
So maybe lets do something that rocks a little more, a little more up beat. Sorry bout getting you excited.

I really wanted to hear this but I keep getting a "12029" error on Sound Click" when I try to launch. Been having some trouble getting streamming to work over the past couple of days; at work and at home. I'll be back!
