Hey guys, ;D I finally got over this cold, and was able to finish my newest songs vocal track. Its been awhile since I wrote this one so I had some time to play with the arragement and dynamic. I think its is one of my best songs, if not the very best in my opinion, so hopefully ya'll feel the same! It's called 'Uncertainty' Check it out, I cant wait to hear what ya'll think, the link is in my signature! Cameron

cam can i be critical (only cause youre so good i wanna hear ya do your best)? Ive heard you singing better , but its definitely NOT a bad take, just mentioning it if you decided to work on that some more.. its only a minor critique believe me i agree its on your the top 3 list, (although id hate to try to "rate" it..) in any case - i love it. very interesting riff in the beginging i woulda used it more in the song but thats me (3 chord matt, hey a new band name). it didnt resolve the way i thought it would which is always nice when it actually works like youre did! this is the kinda song i wanna listen to again (which i am doing btw awesome job! isnt it great expressing EXACTLY that feeling? im psyched im just getting there myself. im at 4 listens so far this is gonna depress mike. hahahahhahahahhaaha

Hey guys thanks for the comments, Yeah I'll redo the vocal in a few days when I feel less stuffy. I was just tired of waiting for the cold to clear up, wanted to get it out!
Thanks for the comments matt and Nik, I appreciate it!

Well, everyone loves the tone of the guitar, and the riff, and so do I. Like Matt, I would have ended with the riff, but not ending with it is okay as well. Just makes people push the 'play' button again.
The one thing that would really improve this would be some compression - Bob likes the punches at :56 and 2:20, but putting some squeeze on the dynamics might save a few speakers (or eardrums).
That small technical comment aside, it's a nice tune, well played, catchy riff. It doesn't get much better than that.

Great song Cam. Really like the dual guitar riff. During the chorus I'd pull the guitars back a little. That's the only time they play with the vocals during the song and to me it seems like they're crouding out the vocals there. At about 1:24, there's some fret noise (I think) that you might be able to edit out if you're going to redo the vocals. I really like it Jim

Excellent Cam, I just knew that you'd come up with something above and beyond expectation (with your new effects capability) I love that one-note that was sustained and carried through several phrases (very pro sounding) Great dual-guitar lines. Vocals were really good, but they might come out more balanced with a backing vocal track harmony. That is the only thing I could even be just a little critical about. But like I said, still really good vocals. Stan
