I sure didn't want to discourage covers on Sound Click. I think a good song is a good song and should be posted if it is not bothering anyone, and if it is then just hit the delete button.
Some people have different views about this but I personally love to listen to covers so why not?
Oh yeah, I need to listen to your song... later. Stan

Cajan-style country with cool laid-back vocals. Liked the low-high end of your miked acoustic.
Never heard this before, are sure you didn't write it?

Yeah, it was by Johnny Cash. He recorded it solo, and also with the Highwaymen.
Remember "Highwayman" on the Roads Project? Original was by Cash, Kristofferson, Nelson, and Jennings -- same guys, same album.
