HOLY SMOKES, Batman, that was blazing!! I've tried playing the famous riff and can only do it at half your speed.
Are you using your new Strat here? Sounds different than your previous releases using your Gibson.

great stan! i really admire you tackling all these covers and learning the riffs. (about the only known song i can play with a cool riff is that traffic song.. uh.... never mind) that'll undoubtedly help your playing along nicely, as is constantly evident by your improvement.

Well, Musician's Friend has assured me that the backordered Strat will probably arrive the first part of July sometime. Still have at least another week to wait. I will be playing at a park in Sasche Texas Saturday night but it looks like by new Strat won't be coming with me. I'm probably paying more for the materials, and limited edition status, than the sound, because you can get an American Strat with an S1 switch for 700-800 USD. Stan

I remember the first version you did (is it still on Dmusic?). This is much better. Vocals could come up a bit more, as the guitars tend to overshadow them slightly. A bass track would not go amiss as well. Overall, high octane!

Mike, You never miss a beat. I would have liked bass on this, but if we meet in Houston at HF's this summer I'd like a redo with Rob on vocals, and hopefully we can get a bass. This was just for fun and a reason to get my recorder out. Liverpool drums with the powerset option might have really messed things up... Always turning knobs. Thanks for the coments and complements. IF we are going to meet at HF's this summer, then SOMEONE needs to know that pretty soon. And IF we decide on redoing this song, I can set up the Pattern file (not to brag, but I'm not too shabby at doing that). Rob will be Paul, I'll be John, you can be George, and ... and .... Who's going to be Ringo?? Hey, mattl, do those drums fit in your suitcase?
