Haven't been online during the work day for the past month due to the restrictions I have on the internet; in fact, as long as I work at this job. Still its a good job so can't complain.
I wrote a song since I had some time between football games this weekend, and posted it at the link below (What's Right For You).
Hope to see more song writers begin to post their songs because it seems slow right now. I've really enjoyed the songs post here and encourage people to share their songs. I wouldn't worry about the flaws. People around here have been very supportive and comments are for our improvement to do better.
If you are withholding because you don't think the song is ready yet, sometimes it is better to post an idea and see where it leads.

Man, it wears you out just listening to it! Pretty frantic number. I'm hearing a bit of overload on the vocal - are you still using that headset mic? The song reminds me of something, but I know that progression is used on a million other tunes as well. It's certainly lively, I'll say that for it! ;D

Actually, it was probably the Emphasis effect on the PS5 that overloaded after using the preamp for the mic. Better to just stick with just the preamp, and then use reverb when mixing.
Thanks for listening guys. Stan

I did a bounce+ to free up some tracks, and recorded a guitar part with Tube-OD PS5 effect. It gave it an interesting dimension so I updated the mix on Sound Click just for more comments.
Trying to remember now: Did basic Strat part first (pod effects) Did Les Paul part of the same stuff second (pod effects) Did Les Paul lead part third with British Hi-Gain amp. Chorded with Tube-OD effect track on top of the bounce. Sang with the PS5 Emphasis effect on vocals with some compression.
Now I have free tracks.
