Hi all! Meanwhile since two years now working with PS5, really a great thing! Hear some of my recodrings on my soundclick site. My style is Rock with a flavour of Blooz... www.soundclick.com/bands/0/joeekcartoonbloozexplosionmusic.htmElectric guitars have all been played with PS5 builtin sounds, though my new recordings will be done with the new great VOX Valvetronix AD60! My new CD "3, 2, 1, Ignition" is under finalization, I am going to upload some more new songs shortly. Stay tuned... Regards, Jörg

Wow! Some excellent stuff on your page! "Sphere" would fit nicely on Dark Side of the Moon! I'd be very interested in learning how you're getting your sounds -- effects on the guitars, drum sounds, etc. Any production details you care to share?

I've only listened to Sphere also, and it's top-quality. It's great to hear a PS5 being used in such creative ways. I'll certainly try to find time to check out more of this. Good job, Jörg.

Jorg,
I like Cyclic Interference. It's got a good groove and really moves along.

Hi all! Thanks for your nice replies! I love this psychedelic atmosphere like Pink Floyd were playing it. I have some more songs in this style and am going to upload them shortly. Please stay tuned. As mentioned, guitar has been played with PS5 effects (so far my notes are correct) on "Sphere": Clean: CompChr2 (Stratocaster) Dist: Heavy1 (Custom electric guitar, see Slide guitars: Gent Weep (Stratocaster) Solo guitar: Speed King (Stratocaster) Keyboard space sound: "Echoes" On "Black Lightning": Smooth Dist+Hazy, Speed King (solo) On "Move" Speed King Drum programming is done with a simple note editor, quite uncomfortable, but it works... Recordings for my new CD "3, 2, 1, Ignition" are now all done with a VOX AD60 picked up with a AKG1000 mic. Sounds great either, as it provides much better and controllable effects. But the PS5 sounds are a good starting point either. Thanks again and take a look for new songs in future. Best regards, Jörg
