Used the PS5 TG with some backing instruments. Vocals are bit lacks-e-daze-ical, or lack-ing in range, might be a better term, but was comfortable with the mix balance, and an off key PS5 instrumentation that blended with the on key guitars.

Wow - what a unique sound you made there Stan! The background almost sounds like Preverb (reverse reverb where the decay leads up to the sound)! Either that or a flanger that's had way too many cappucinos! Nice melody, albeit a bit in the back, as you mentioned, and nice structure. You do some really interesting things with that PS5!

Yeah Bob, forgot to mention that I flanged the WAH output before the PS5 input A when recording. Plus, I used a level 5 reverb when mixing down.

Ahhh, ok - I just read about a procedure to create Preverb using 2 adjacent digital tracks, reversing and time shifting the effected one - and that's what came to my mind when I heard that unique sound!

I think you're getting a handle on how to fill the backing without making it sound busy; There's a lot going on, but it's not the frenzied chaos of some of the previous outings. Mix-wise, I like it a lot. I wonder how it would sound if it was just a touch faster? Good ending too; very interesting.

Thanks Mike. I have accumulated between 30 and 50 songs over the past couple of years. At some point and time I am going back into the archives and see if I can do some rewrites, rearrangements, etc. into something more presentable and then accumulate about 8 to 10 of them. At least it is a future plan given the time and desire to do so.
Your help has been invaluable.

Yeah, and I guess the last option would be to do all the duplication and jacket printing/wrapping yourself. Discmaker's catalog has lots of options and equipment to do this for manufacturing your own. I definitely wouldn't go down that path though.
If you have a static IP address connection for your machine you could set up your own E-Commerce store online but that means site maintenance and mailing the CDs yourself. Also, another choice I wouldn't go with.

Wow master with words? Thanks Matt. It's a wonder I can even make it around this forum anymore....mis-spelled words, bad grammer, posting in the wrong place.... (very well thought out words of course) Stan
