Cam- Nice little tune. I like the oboe-like intro that comes in after every chorus. Good to see you expanding the instrumentation. The song is straightforward enough; vocals are (as always) excellent. Might EQ the vocal in the verse as it is a bit too far back, and gets stepped on by the bass. I like the high harmony. The sudden appearance of the guitar at the beginning of each chorus is a bit surprising, like jumping into cold water. I wonder if you might prepare the listener better by coming up to it instead. Then again, I wonder how it would sound with a huge string section instead of guitar. . .
Otherwise, good mix, nice balance. I can really feel the compression with the guitar, but you'd have to compress it there anyway. Glad to have your new work back in this forum.

Cameron, Glad to have you back on the scene. I like what you're doing with the harmonies. As Mike said, I'd also like to hear your vocals more up front throughout the song. This song really shows your talent for maintaining pitch in your vocals. Long notes like those in the verse tend to reveal the pitch problems with vocalists, but your right on! Jim

Hey Mike Jim Again! Still waiting for some more feedback lol
Mike some of the issues you brought up have been adressed! Thanks for your opinion I read this as well as other matching opinions and added a pick up riff to come into the chorus with... Which is alot better now imo! Glad to be able to share my new tunes with ya'll again! I'll try to listen in to you guys as myuch as possible!
Jim
Thanks again for listening! Glad you liked the vocal as I took a different approach to the vocal on this one compared to the previous There for you, this has a rawer vocal sound not as pretty by anystretch!!
Thanks Guys!

Cameron, Love the reverb in your vocals, and the way the guitar punches you in the face during the start of each chorus, but it might give some of us ole' folks a heart a heart attack... Great song. Shows great spirit, and great talent. Stan
