Y'know Stan, I know it's tough for you. It's obvious you put a lot of work into your Christian songs, being very earnest about your faith, and wanting to express how it makes you feel; And sometimes you get a lukewarm reaction. But then you do something like this, which probably took five minutes to write, and everyone loves it. Whattdya do? Pete Townsend was talking once about Squeeze Box, which was just a joke song to him, but fans clamoured for it. So you're in good company at least.
All of which is a roundabout way to say that this is a great little nugget. I really like the riff, and the slight sloppiness between the guitar, bass and vocal just makes it more punky. It's tongue in cheek, and thumb on nose. Fantastic.

Thanks Mike for the complements! Yeah, I was wondering how this might go over since it is very much a joke song. And, correct again, it was very quick to write. I was in the 'A' penatonic scale and started doing some pulloffs until I got something going that sounded good. Then, the vocal melody verses were the exact same notes as the pull offs until the chorus part. All recorded guitar tracks were on first take.
Thanks again for the complements & observations. Stan
