Interesting - Christian grunge? There's a spot in the riff where the guitar twists around staying in key, which makes it both a repellent and attractive sound. Overall, the backing parts are somewhat like a slowed-down version of Nirvana. Everything is more or less in the right spots. Mix is okay. I'd really like to hear this sped up a bit, to see what it sounds like. The best part of the vocals are the "In your pleasure..." and "I will declare..." lines. Nice and tight with the doubling as it climbs down that scale. I'd really like to hear more of that in your work. Not a #1 single, but a good solid album track. BTW, it's "servant".

oops, Remember, George Bush Jr. comes from Texas too. I spelled it like I pronounce it...(maybe I need a song title change)? I didn't get a real strong connection to this song but I didn't decide to get rid of it either (kind of in the middle I guess).
Thanks for your time & comments, Stan

Mike thanks for you suggestion. I'm in the process of picking up the pace of this from a tempo of 86 to 106.
