I went really retro and used ONLY PS5 including the mic/ headset that came with it!! It was like old times!!! I love that little box!! I've been trying to practice with a metronome more, so I recorded my practice session. Want to check out my guitar picking? Does it sound even? The song is called Only You by Joshua Radin. Has a little Simon and Garfunkel feel to it. I love the song!  It's on both of my sites. |

Nice. Does have a 'S&G' groove to it. I can hear a bit of breath noise (which always drives Stan nuts), but it's the headphone mic, after all.
The producer in me would double the guitar (like I did on 'In My Life') and maybe add a tin whistle or something, but that's how I am.

Excellent song & melody! No, I love the vocals!... the breath thing sounds fantastic, it's the sharp sssss sounds that are sensitive to my ears, but not in this case.
The guitar picking and timing is very good. The only thing I would do different is pan differently, and like Mike said, the easiest way would be to copy the guitar to another track and pan the tracks equi-distant from each other leaving vocals center and harmonies about 30% left or right.
