Not being familiar with the original version (I'm mostly indifferent to Dylan), I can only approach this on its own merits, not in comparison to Bob's.
The rhythm guitars seem just a touch hot, but I liked the tone of the lead parts. Drums are okay. Is there no bass part on this?
Overall it's okay, but I can see why it's not a Dylan classic.

No bass Mike... yes, its extremely simple song written in the 50s.. forgot the guys name that wrote it already. Guess it was one of the few songs that Dylan didn't write yet sometimes performed; maybe because it was on his first album.
