I've always loved this band! and they sound as good now as the ever did. And, it is definitely a band. This song sounds easy to play but is really not; even though it is mostly open chords. It is the timing that is the challenge. Plus, it has 2 distorted, 1 lead, and an acoustic guitar to fit in. Well, this recording stuff is not quite as fun as it use to be, and not near the participants; but it is still a Blast as far as spending your free time doing something fun. soundcloud.com/rockwall-home-recorder/you-wreck-me

Nice! Thunderous backing, although the drummer never seemed to play a single fill. But still a good solid track with a real ending and all. Guitars sound great, esp. the lead work. I liked the panning, full & wide without being too spread out.
The only thing I think could have been better was the EQ on the vocal; it still has that boxy sound like it's coming from a cheap car stereo. Otherwise it's a fine bit o' work.

Thanks Mike!
I purchased the MIDI on MIDI-hits and I never noticed that about the drum track. I understand what you are talking about with vocals. I still tend to over-process them with too many plugins instead of keeping it simple.
I may put more time into the mix soon and repost...
Very good suggestions on both the fills and the boxy vocals. I hear both now.
