Hi Mike,
You can either start your own project or add a track to an existing or new project. Until a project is published, you can continue to submit your own track ideas to it. Usually the project owner mixes but not always.
You can upload wav files instead of MP3 tracks but you must be a PLUS member which costs $50/year.
